Dustin MacDonald serves as Business for America's research analyst. In his professional life as a business analyst for CaseWorthy, he helps organizations improve their business processes and operations. Prior to this, he held roles in data analysis and program management at Morneau Shepell, Distress and Crisis Ontario, and Distress Centre Durham. As a research analyst he helps uncover data, collect studies, and perform data analysis to help BFA evaluate the issues and policy landscape and to take relevant positions for the American business community.
As a member of the Sigourney Area Development Corporation (SADC) board of directors, he provides his expertise in business development and nonprofit management to help build businesses in southeast Iowa. He holds a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Human Services from Athabasca University and a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from Durham College.
