Saleem is a seasoned policy strategist and change advocate with a decade of senior-level experience in the public and nonprofit sectors. He is a tested champion of data-driven transformation. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his savviness in unlocking the power of data to craft narratives and policies that galvanize public support and boost civic participation.  

A belief in business as a force for change has motivated Saleem's career as a change agent, showcased by his time at the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia. As its first policy manager, he collaborated with member businesses to build a highly impactful policy organization. One of his proudest achievements was successfully lobbying Philadelphia City Council to adopt the nation's most comprehensive tax incentives for social enterprises.
