TekSystems: Constructive Dialogue Institute

TEKsystems, an IT services and consulting firm, recognized that growing political polarization could pose a risk to the company by undermining team trust and collaboration. In 2018, they partnered with the Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) to bring structured dialogue training into their leadership programs. The tools helped foster understanding across differing perspectives and encouraged a culture where healthy conflict is viewed as a catalyst for excellence. The training also equipped employees with skills for navigating difficult conversations, reinforcing the company’s values of inclusivity and strong relationships.
