Strengthening Your Civic Impact: Strategies to Make a Difference for Democracy
Speakers from: BFA, Motivote, Patagonia & Aspen Skiing Company
From 2018 to 2022, the number of companies offering PTO to vote and other election resources grew by 400%. It’s no longer a question of whether companies should be involved with civic engagement. With many organizations looking to level up, this session will cover making the case for why democracy and voting matter to business.
ACCP’s 2023 Annual Conference will focus on driving corporate social impact work forward through change, thinking creatively and collaboratively, and leaving attendees feeling inspired and energized to tackle the post-COVID landscape. Demands on CSR & ESG professionals continue to increase as corporate purpose remains a high priority for employees, consumers, and investors. Yet, many practitioners are being asked to do more with less while responding to changing needs and increased responsibilities.
This year’s Conference promises an inspiring experience that will encourage practitioners to view this moment of change as an opportunity to learn new and unique approaches, better support the community at large, integrate with more areas of the business and move the work forward in positive ways. We’ll stimulate creative thinking, elevate innovative practices, share thought-provoking ideas and strategies, and foster peer sharing to further advance knowledge and effectiveness in the corporate social impact profession.
