You are invited to be a volunteer Community Advisor at Civics Day — a youth showcase for civic and community change. In partnership with Generation Citizen, BFA Pennsylvania is sponsoring Philadelphia Civics Day by recruiting members of the business community to act as community advisors. During Civics Day, Philadelphia high school students present their real-world civics projects to the community. Instead of a science fair, this is a civics fair. Community advisors, e.g., business leaders, public officials, and community members, will review the projects while interacting one-on-one with students. Civics Day celebrates the impact they will have in their communities while inspiring them toward lifelong civic engagement.
